Open the app, trigger Restore Purchases, and restart the app. If ads still appear, contact support and include your device model, OS version, and approximate purchase date.
Check the in-app settings screen. If language options are managed by your device locale, update your system language and relaunch the app.
Send a support email with steps to reproduce, expected behavior, actual behavior, device model, OS version, platform (iOS/Android), and app version/build.
